Common terms used while providing services

1. Risk Reward Ratio (RRR): is the measure of how much gain is
expected versus given amount of probable loss. RRR of 1:2 usually
means that for every risk of 1 rupee, there is a probability of
making 2 rupees.
2. Momentum: Is about the current general sentiment in the stock.
If a stock is generally moving with positive force and is expected
to move up swiftly, we can say that the momentum is positive.
These could be stocks that are already in motion.
3. Trend and Support / Resistance: Means that the stock is either
making higher highs & lows and is in an uptrend, or is making lower
highs & lows and is in a downtrend. Support & resistance are
levels from where the trade looks favorable.
4. Breakout or Breakdown: When stocks are seen moving in a price
zone for some time, and after which they may move outside the
zone on either side, they are said to be breaking out up or
breaking down.
